Description
Promptcare is seeking a highly skilled Data Base Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The position will entail the oversight and maintenance of the CPR+/Caretend application related to the reimbursement function. Areas of oversight include price table maintenance, quantity limitations, validation rules, branches, insurance plans, and reporting. Responsibilities also include collaboration and troubleshooting issues with departments and Management. Reports to: Departmental Lead, Supervisor or Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, remote, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Location: Remote
Requirements
  • Experience in medical office or related experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to communicate with colleagues, management
  • Infusion background a plus
  • Medical Reimbursement background is required
  • Appropriate computer skills for the position (Microsoft Office Suite) and areas of influence, CPR+/Caretend experience is required
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality, is required
  • Data analytic skills are required
  • Strong problem-solving skills required

Job Responsibilities, included but not limited to:
  • Incorporate all Departmental and Administrative Policies and Procedures into daily activities Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of patient care, employee activities and office environment
  • Organize work process in an efficient manner and prioritize tasks accurately on a daily basis
  • Incorporate company or departmental changes effectively
  • Foster positive work environment
  • Ensure departmental goals are met by ensuring assigned work is done efficiently and timely
  • Participate in projects or process updates as they relate to improving key outcomes
  • Identify deficiencies and work to improve them through collaboration within the team and with other departments
  • Work independently utilizing the tools and reports provided, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies
  • Maintain the Maintenance email bucket to ensure timely turnaround of requests according to the established service level agreement (SLA)
  • Provide training and education Reimbursement and other departments as necessary
  • Research new insurance plan requirements and create related price tables and documentation resources for the reimbursement and customer service team
  • Provide support to team in creating and running reports as needed

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. The employee is required to occasionally walk, and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally open filing cabinets, lift office products and supplies of 25 pounds but no more than 35 pounds.
