Location: Preferred Hybrid schedule with work from home on Mondays and Fridays and onsite collaboration Tuesday through Thursday in the following cities:

We are hiring high-performing Business Development Managers across the USA and Canada to drive new client acquisition within the international payments and foreign exchange (FX) space.


The ideal candidates will have a strong track record in outbound sales, relationship management, and complex solution selling to SMB and mid-market businesses with cross-border payment needs.


These roles will focus on acquiring new corporate clients, expanding market share, and positioning our platform as a trusted provider of global payments, FX risk management, treasury, and cross-border payment solutions.


Core Objectives
  • Acquire new business clients with international payment and FX requirements
  • Generate revenue through outbound prospecting and referral activity
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Sell FX and cross-border payment solutions, FX Risk Management to SMB and mid-market businesses
  • Develop trusted relationships with finance stakeholders and business owners
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and sales targets
  • Partner with SDR teams to convert inbound and outbound opportunities into qualified pipeline
  • Collaborate with SDR, Dealing, Onboarding, Compliance, and Customer Success teams

Target Client Profile
Candidates should ideally have experience selling into businesses such as:
  • Importers and exporters
  • Professional services firms
  • Manufacturing and distribution companies
  • Technology and SaaS businesses
  • Logistics and freight businesses
  • Companies with recurring international supplier or payroll payments

Required
  • 3+ years in B2B sales or business development specific to FX/cross-border payments sales
  • Proven hunter mentality with strong outbound prospecting skills
  • Experience managing full sales cycles from lead generation through close
  • Strong understanding of international payments, FX products, cross-border payments, and treasury conversations
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and pipeline management
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience selling API-enabled payment or financial solutions preferred

Preferred Industry Backgrounds / Competitor Experience
We would strongly prefer candidates with experience from competitors or adjacent industries.
