As an SEO Manager reporting to Sr Manager of Performance Marketing, you'll play a critical role in overseeing Nasdaq's Capital Access Platforms inbound organic traffic growth and the execution of SEO/AEO strategy. You'll lead the SEO team to optimize Nasdaq's digital presence, ensuring alignment between organic and paid strategies - with a focus on maximizing inbound lead generation, improving website experience, and delivering measurable growth across key digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
SEO/AEO & Content Optimization
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and build domain authority.

  • Implement multilingual AEO strategies to improve global search and LLM visibility and regional market penetration.

  • Utilize AI-powered SEO tools for content optimization and keyword research across multiple languages and regions.

  • Optimize web content, landing pages, and metadata for search performance and engagement.

  • Manage technical SEO initiatives such as site speed, crawlability, and indexing improvements in collaboration with Enterprise Digital.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Manage associate, ensuring clear goals and priorities.

  • Provide mentorship, feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members.

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with content, development, and analytics teams to execute integrated marketing strategies.

The base pay range for this role is $82,000 - $139,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
