Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  •  Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for multiple projects from start to finish, utilizing all platforms to increase traffic, awareness and leasing.
  • Create marketing budgets to support all marketing initiatives throughout all project stages
  •  Build and oversee brand positioning, creative direction, and design across marketing channels
  •  Coordinate copywriting and proofreading for all marketing collateral
  •  Manage PR agency, media plans and advertising campaigns
  •  Implement marketing initiatives for each project including fact sheet, floor plans, ads, promotional items, eblasts, websites, location maps, signage, photography, video, and print production
  •  Collaborate with digital marketing manager for digital project updates; familiarity with SEO, SEM, display ads, email marketing, website and social media
  •  Plan and implement event marketing, logistics and production for property events,
  •  Obtain and oversee local partnership opportunities and community relations for each project
  •  Ensure marketing strategies align with federal and state affordable housing compliance and fair housing regulations
  •  Work closely with the Onsite Leasing Team and Property Management to ensure initiatives are aligned, projects have the proper collateral materials, and efforts effectively support leasing goals.
  • Develop appropriate measurement tools to monitor the effectiveness and overall success of various marketing efforts

Qualifications:

  •  BA or BS degree with emphasis in marketing, public relations or mass communication
  •  4 – 6 years previous experience in strategic marketing, project management, event coordination, media relations, advertising and digital marketing
  •  Knowledge of real estate marketing a plus
  •  Open to occasional travel
  •  Bi-lingual: Spanish

  •  Superior computer skills combined with the ability to effectively communicate verbally, visually, and in writing are essential to success
  •  Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays
