What You'll Work On

You'll service and maintain a wide variety of commercial HVAC equipment, including:

  • Packaged rooftop units
  • Split systems
  • Heat pumps
  • Commercial refrigeration equipment
  • VAV systems
  • VRF systems
  • Controls and other commercial HVAC equipment

No residential work.

Job Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
  • Complete electronic service documentation.
  • Communicate findings and repair recommendations with customers.
  • Maintain a professional, safety-focused attitude while representing BlueHat Mechanical.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of commercial HVAC service, repair, and maintenance experience
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Experience with BAS controls, VRF systems, chillers, boilers, and commercial refrigeration is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
