Position Summary
The Project Manager III leads the full lifecycle of design and construction projects for government facilities. This role manages scope, budget, schedule, and contractor performance to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from planning through closeout
  • Develop scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and support procurement
  • Oversee daily field operations as on-site construction manager or inspector
  • Review and approve design documents, submittals, and cost estimates
  • Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and government stakeholders
  • Oversee commissioning, punch lists, and project turnover
  • Evaluate construction quality across building systems (HVAC, BAS, electrical, fire, mechanical)
  • Maintain documentation and ensure code compliance
  • Lead meetings and manage stakeholder communication
  • Travel to project sites as needed

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; and/or ten years of experience managing design and construction projects.

  • Extensive knowledge of building design, construction methods, and commercial building systems, with the ability to solve complex technical and project challenges.

  • Advanced computer skills and familiarity with project management tools and estimating software.
