Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BAS Installer Lead to join our team. As a BAS Installer Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of BAS installers in the installation and maintenance of building automation systems for our clients. You will work closely with our project managers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of BAS installers in the installation and maintenance of building automation systems.

- Plan and organize daily tasks for the team, assign duties, and ensure that work is completed on time.

- Train and mentor new team members in proper installation techniques and procedures.

- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
