POSITION:
  • BAS Controls Tech
LOCATION:
  • Houston, TX Metro Market
ABOUT The COMPANY:
  • 200+ Employees
  • Operates in a few states
  • Work: 50% Owner/Direct and 50% Plan-&-Spec
  • Retrofit and Service Work
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Point to Point Check-Out/Commissioning
  • Controls installation, retrofit, and DDC programming (Block-based or Script-based)
  • Reconfiguration, sequence modification and occasional rewriting
  • Experienced with Third-Party integration (BACnet, Modbus, LON, etc.)
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance Services
  • Ability to work on a team and independently/lead some projects
  • Work with subcontractors/delegate work
  • Produce graphics and various custom views
  • Configuration of control systems and integration into various control product lines
  • Integrate systems of various controlled points to local & national software
  • Troubleshoot BAS Controls
