BAS Controls Technician -Austin, TX - Large Mechanical Company w/ Controls Division
POSITION:
  • BAS Controls Technician
LOCATION:
  • Austin, Texas
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prior Experience as a Controls Technician or similar position
  • Well versed in troubleshooting controls BAS systems
  • Knowledge of controls programming and experience rewriting sequences
  • Fundamental understanding of testing building automation systems
  • Strong understanding of commissioning protocols and point to point check outs
  • Work closely with controls installations and start up/termination of equipment and programs
  • Troubleshoot and manipulate current installed BAS programs
  • Communicate efficiently with building owners as well as end users, and general contractors
  • Ability to work in a team environment
