30hop American Restaurant & Bar in Omaha, NE is looking for Bartenders who are available to work nights and weekends. At 30hop, the bar is at the center of the guest experience. Our bartenders create handcrafted cocktails, serve an extensive selection of craft beer and wine, and help deliver the welcoming hospitality our guests have come to expect.

30hop is a growing Midwest restaurant group known for elevated American food, an extensive craft beer selection, handcrafted cocktails, and genuine hospitality. Since opening our first location in Iowa, we've expanded across multiple states while continuing to create career opportunities for hospitality professionals who want to grow with us.

Compensation for fully trained Bartenders starts at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning.

Schedule

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • Typical shifts range from 4 - 8 hours
  • Weekend and evening availability is preferred

What You'll Do

  • Welcome guests with friendly, attentive service
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and menu items
  • Accurately prepare drinks for both bar guests and dining room service
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality hospitality throughout each shift
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
  • Complete opening, running, and closing side work
  • Process guest payments accurately
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
  • Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders
  • Assist with additional operational duties as needed

Qualifications
