  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies.
  • Restock liquor, beer, wine, and other bar essentials throughout shifts.
  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with food runners, servers, and other team members to ensure timely service.
  • Follow all alcohol service, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts
  • Contribute to creating a fun, energetic, and inclusive guest experience in the restaurant.
