- Ensure seamless execution of member dining, private events, and club gatherings, with an emphasis on elegance and consistency.
- Cultivate a culture rooted in genuine, personalized service and relationship-driven hospitality.
- Actively engage with board members, house committee co-chairs and members to anticipate preferences, recognize patterns, and create memorable experiences.
- Address feedback with discretion, professionalism, and urgency, ensuring member satisfaction at all levels.

- Monitor and manage key metrics including:

- Oversee accurate and timely completion of inventories across all F&B outlets.
- Ensure all dining and social spaces uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness.
- Partner with facilities and club leadership to maintain an environment that reflects the club’s prestige and attention to detail.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, fine dining, or resort environments.
- Demonstrated success leading high-end Food & Beverage operations with a focus on member satisfaction and experience curation.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive strategic outcomes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional presence.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams within a service-centric culture.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a refined, fast-paced setting.
