Essential Job Functions:
  • As instructed by Maintenance Supervisor, completes preventative maintenance activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service in fixing customer requests for maintenance support. This includes timely and responsive resolution to assigned maintenance requests.
  • Assist with completing maintenance service requests involving plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other types.
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as scheduled, responds to emergency service requests (after-hour emergency calls).
  • Complete all maintenance work orders within assigned timeframe and make most apartments ready within five (5) business days of vacancy.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
  • Possess your own basic tools to perform building maintenance.
  • Valid driver's license preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
  • Must be willing to work on an on-call rotation.
