Job description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Work with managers and other staff to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Work with vendors to resolve invoice problems.
  • Process invoices with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Input invoices and payments into Entrata software.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of accounts payable (or other applicable work) experience.
  • General knowledge of accounting methods and practices.
  • Strong computer skills in applicable accounts payable software.
  • Experience with Entrata a plus.
  • Experience with AVID preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Excel.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
