The Skinny Pancake is a Vermontbased local creperie with a mission to make a positive impact through responsible sourcing, community engagement, and warm, welcoming hospitality. In Quechee, we're proud to partner with Mount Holly Beer Co. to bring their taproom experience to life-pairing our comfortcasual experience with their clean, expressive, locally made beer and cider. This role has all the good things! You'll act as a Server, Barista, Bartender, and Skinny Pancake and Mount Holly ambassador.

We're seeking positive, hospitalitydriven Servers with some bartender experience and evening and weekend availability. We care deeply about our team and the people we add to it. We promote a supportive, collaborative environment where you can bring your whole self to work, share ideas, and grow.

Guest Service

Provide warm, gracious hospitality to every guest

Serve highquality food, coffee, and beverages

Craft espresso drinks, specialty beverages, serving Mount Holly beer, cider and cocktails

Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, beer offerings, and specials

Create a welcoming, positive atmosphere for guests and teammates

Bar & Beverage Responsibilities

Represent Mount Holly's handcrafted beverages with knowledge, enthusiasm, and pride

Pour beer and serve beverages with accuracy, consistency, and care

Maintain a clean, organized, and wellstocked bar and beverage service area

Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and integrity

Follow all alcohol service guidelines and uphold VDLL compliance (must be 18+)

Operations

Take orders and serve high-quality food and beverages

Work collaboratively in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment

Perform opening and closing duties

Prep, restock, clean, and sanitize to maintain a safe, pleasant environment

Handle multiple orders at once while meeting tickettime expectations

Follow recipes and portion guidelines

Pitch in where needed, including washing dishes and cleaning

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Warm, engaging communication skills

A genuine spirit of hospitality

Ability to stay steady and upbeat during busy periods

Evening and weekend availability

Service or beverage experience

Must be 18+ for VDLL certification
