We're seeking a compassionate, mission-driven physician dedicated to delivering comprehensive, team-based care for a diverse adult patient population. You'll partner with skilled multidisciplinary staff to manage acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness across an entire panel of patients.

You'll also enjoy working in a fully outpatient setting with a state-of-the-art, system-wide integrated electronic health record, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across hospitals and practice sites.

We are deeply committed to clinician wellness and combating burnout. We've invested in innovative systems and supports designed to help you practice medicine with joy and sustainability, including:

* A unified, network-wide EMR that streamlines communication with hospitals and consultants

* Secure EMR-integrated AI scribing tools that enhance documentation accuracy and reduce time in the EHR

* A light call schedule supported by nurse triage

* Active inbox management to help clinicians decompress and maintain work-life balance
