Global Dimensions is a HUBZone, service disabled, veteran-owned small business based in Fredericksburg, VA. We are a dynamic, expanding company with exciting opportunities in language/culture, training/education/instruction, IT, cyber security, and intelligence (analysts, CI, HUMINT, SIGINT, etc.). Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Property Specialist Level I for a position in San Antonio, Texas.

As a Property Specialist I, you will support property accountability operations by managing inventory activities, maintaining accurate asset records, and ensuring compliance with established government and agency procedures.

In this role, you will perform comprehensive property accountability functions including physical inventories, asset tracking and scanning, audits, hand receipt management, asset documentation, and database integrity analysis within source systems of record. You will also support the movement, transportation, shipment, receipt, and delivery of assets throughout the enterprise.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, works effectively in dynamic operational settings, and is committed to maintaining accuracy, accountability, and mission success.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved, installed, cannibalized, deleted, or transferred under the inventory control process.
  • Maintain source systems of record through accurate data entry for incoming, transferred, and excessed property.
  • Execute material handling processes including shipping, receiving, storage, and disposition of property.
  • Perform property accountability and property management functions in accordance with government guidance and industry best practices.
  • Conduct out-of-cycle inventories supporting special mission requirements as directed by the government.
  • Perform annual inventory and reconciliation of Agency Owned Accountable Property (AOAP) using NSA-approved methods within established timeframes.
  • Perform semi-annual inventory and reconciliation of Agency-owned and Non-AOAP. Portable Computing Devices (PCDs) using NSA-approved methods within established timeframes.
  • Physically barcode accountable property down to the Lowest Replaceable Unit (LRU) and ensure data is accurately entered into source systems of record.
  • Support NSA Mock Audits, Office of Inspector General financial audits, and site inspections related to Property Services.
  • Validate asset records against physical assets to ensure information is entered accurately, completely, and consistently into source systems of record.
  • Coordinate submission and compliance monitoring of hand receipts in accordance with Agency policy.
  • Provide inventory reports in accordance with government guidelines.
  • Accurately input asset data into source systems of record including transfers, asset creation, excess processing, storage, movement, and mailing activities.
  • Operate barcode scanners and related inventory equipment.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and remain standing for extended periods of time.
  • Work in various and fluctuating environments including hot, cold, and noisy conditions.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats consistent with professional standards.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, or approved alternatives.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph required.

Associate's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a directly related field preferred.

Valid state, territory, or federal district-issued driver's license required.

Equivalent Experience Accepted:
In lieu of an Associate's Degree, candidates may substitute two (2) years of practical experience in:

  • Property accountability and asset tracking.
  • Data entry and database management.
  • Property accounting processes and associated documentation.
  • Automated inventory control systems.
  • Ordering, processing, shipping, transportation, and receiving operations
  • Packaging and material handling.
  • Excess property disposition procedures.
  • Processing paperwork related to the tracking and accountability of government assets.
