Summary:

The Asset Management Specialist/Analyst executes daily asset management operations within system-driven environments, ensuring accurate asset tracking, reconciliation, and compliance with ServiceNow workflows and service-level requirements. This role supports inventory accuracy, data integrity, and timely system updates to maintain audit-ready asset accountability.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Process asset updates via ServiceNow/SMP ticketing workflows
  • Perform daily reconciliation of asset movements, deployments, and returns
  • Support asset attestation tracking and compliance monitoring
  • Maintain accurate asset records within the system of record
  • Coordinate with Property Custodians and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
  • Support barcode/RFID tagging and inventory activities
  • 100% data accuracy for asset updates
  • Ensure completion of asset updates within 48-hour service-level agreement (SLA) requirements in accordance with ServiceNow workflow timelines
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives and compliance with USPTO asset management policies and federal property accountability standards

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in interpersonal exchanges
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience supporting asset management, inventory tracking, or system-of-record environments
  • Experience operating within ServiceNow or similar ticket-driven systems
  • Experience supporting data entry, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution within SLA-driven environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow, RFID/barcode systems, and federal environment experience
