Job description

We are looking for an ENTHUSIASTIC Barback to provide an excellent support services at our beachfront restaurant. Great barbacks will be passionate about working as part of a team to deliver excellent drinks and service to customers. Compensation includes hourly wage plus tips. Our 2025 season runs from May-October.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktail batches
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies and ensuring bartenders are setup for success.
  • Checking taps and appliances to confirm they are working properly, making minor repairs, or changing out kegs, if needed.
  • Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas and emptying trash/recycling receptacles.
  • Assisting with checking in, counting and putting away glassware/beverage orders.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
