Position Overview:

As a Bartender, your role is to provide outstanding service, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include mastering our drink menu, crafting both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, processing payments, and efficiently managing bar inventory. Maintaining a clean and well-organized bar area and accurately balancing cash at the end of each shift are essential aspects of your role.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Have detailed knowledge of all drinking menu items.
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages.
• Collect and process payments.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Maintain the bar area stocked, clean and organized.
• Balance your cash at the end of each shift.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English and French) and 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Previous working experience as a Bartender/ Barmaid is required.

En tant que Barman, votre rôle est de fournir un service exceptionnel, en veillant à la satisfaction maximale de la clientèle. Vos responsabilités incluent la maîtrise de notre carte des boissons, la préparation de boissons alcoolisées et non alcoolisées, le traitement des paiements et la gestion efficace des stocks du bar. Maintenir une zone de bar propre et bien organisée, ainsi que le rééquilibrage précis de la caisse à la fin de chaque service, sont des aspects essentiels de votre rôle.

• Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
• Flexibilité pour travailler divers quarts de travail, y compris les week-ends, les soirs et les jours fériés.
• Une expérience professionnelle antérieure en tant que Barman/ Barmaid est requise.
