Barback - Crooked Hammock Brewery
Summary of Position: At Crooked Hammock Brewery, Barbacks are essential to keeping the bar running smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you'll support the bartending team by staying ahead on stocking, prep, and cleanliness, helping to create a seamless flow of service even during the busiest shifts. It's a fast-paced, hands-on position that requires awareness, hustle, and a team-first mindset-jumping in wherever needed to keep things moving. Must Enjoy the Ride!
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Keep the bar fully stocked with glassware, ice, liquor, beer, and supplies at all times
  • Prep fresh juices, mixes, and garnishes to keep service moving efficiently
  • Change kegs and retrieve product from walk-in coolers as needed
  • Wash and restock glassware, shakers, and bar tools
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including wiping down surfaces and cleaning spills quickly
  • Clear tables, remove used glassware, and reset spaces for incoming guests
  • Take out trash and recycling to keep the workspace clean and functional
  • Be a team player and assist bartenders with any additional tasks to support seamless service
  • Live as a brand ambassador and make decisions in the best interest of CHB at all times

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Some relevant experience helpful
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
