About the Role:

As a Lead Host at Bar Sprezzatura, you set the standard for hospitality at the door—overseeing the host team, managing reservations and guest flow, and ensuring every arrival and departure is handled with warmth, precision, and professionalism. You play a key role in shaping first impressions and creating seamless guest experiences.

A motivated hospitality professional who is organized, friendly, and passionate. You will be an integral part of our service team and the first point of contact for our guests. You are well-spoken and exude hospitality in person and on the phone. You have amazing attention to detail, work well as part of a team, work well under pressure, and have a strong desire to learn.
 

What you bring to the table:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume atmosphere
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience working with Open Table, Seven Rooms, and register POS systems preferred
  • Ability to learn and retain information quickly
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
