About the Role:
As the Bar Manager at Bar Sprezzatura, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for all aspects of bar operations, beverage service, and team development. Working closely with the General Manager and restaurant leadership, you'll lead the bar team, drive beverage sales, maintain exceptional service standards, and create an energetic and welcoming guest experience.
You will play a key role in developing the beverage program, managing inventory and costs, training and mentoring the team, and ensuring that every cocktail, aperitivo, and beverage experience reflects the spirit of Bar Sprezzatura and the standards of Mina Group.

  • Experience managing beverage inventory and controlling beverage costs
  • Experience training and developing bartenders and bar staff

  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with restaurant POS and inventory systems
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds
