Bar Back - Part Time

1839 Taphouse | 212 E Green Meadows Rd

Join our vibrant team at 1839 Taphouse, a popular destination for craft beer enthusiasts and great food. As a Bar Back, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders to ensure a smooth and efficient bar operation in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry and work alongside passionate professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks to customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Restock bar supplies, including liquor, beer, and garnishes.
  • Help with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to the front-of-house team.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
