Bar Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on delivering excellent guest experiences while building a high-performing team.


Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily bar operations
  • Lead, train, and develop bar staff
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and issue resolution
  • Manage scheduling, labor, and shift coverage
  • Maintain beverage quality, consistency, and cleanliness standards
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Assist with cocktail development and seasonal specials
  • Partner with leadership on beverage program execution and performance
Qualifications
  • Bar management or strong lead bartender experience required
  • High-volume, full-service restaurant experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of bar operations, inventory, and cost control
  • Flexible schedule with availability nights and weekends (40–45 hrs/week)
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
