Job Brief: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional beverage experiences to our guests. The Bar Manager will play a key role in creating and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming bar environment, overseeing staff, and managing inventory. Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive bar menu, featuring signature cocktails and a selection of premium spirits and beverages.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff, ensuring they provide attentive and friendly service to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Oversee ordering and inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and minimizing wastage.
  • Create and update cocktail recipes and drink presentations, keeping up with industry trends and customer preferences.
