Baptist Health is looking to add a highly motivated and skilled Medical Technical Specialist to join our team working in the Core Lab atBaptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This is a full-time, day shift position.

This candidatemust hold a valid Medical Technologist - Generalist license in the State of Florida before hire.

As a Medical Technical Specialist, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating daily operational activities in specialty section.
  • Assisting with development of new policies and procedures and coordinates quality control and quality assurance programs.
  • Acting as a technical resource for instrument operation or other technical areas.

License note: Candidates licensed prior to 1997 are not required to have certification per the State of Florida Licensure Rules.
