Job Summary:
Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, is dedicated to improving healthcare through innovative molecular diagnostic systems. The Sr. IT Client Services Support Specialist will provide on-site IT support for various environments, manage IT assets, and ensure compliance with IT standards, contributing to the company's mission of addressing complex health challenges.
Responsibilities:
• Support Administration, Mobility, Procurement, and Onsite IT Operations.
• Support Manufacturing, Labs, Systems & Applications.
• Facilities, Logistics & Asset Coordination, Inventory, Compliance & E‑Waste
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong experience supporting Windows and Mac systems in an on-site IT operation in a manufacturing environment, labs, and mobility support.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, imaging systems, and Active Directory and peripheral issues in on-site environments.
• 2+ years of experience supporting end-user hardware, peripherals deployment, network support, MFP printers’ administration and management, including vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with onsite inventory management and asset lifecycle processes.
• Ability to travel – 35 % travel, overnight, within territory or locations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lbs and be able to bend and deploy the IT equipment under and over the desk.
Preferred:
• Supporting Network, Cloud AWS and Management.
