EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of progressive hotel or related experience; supervisory experience required
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems
  • Strong communication skills; able to convey information clearly and listen effectively to coworkers and guests
  • Skilled at problem-solving, including anticipating, identifying, and resolving workplace issues under pressure
  • Capable of assimilating and analyzing complex information from multiple sources and making quick, accurate decisions
  • Comfortable working with financial data and performing basic arithmetic functions
