Job Summary:

Banquets and Catering Servers deliver exceptional service during private events, weddings, corporate functions, and other special occasions. They thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are committed to providing outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare banquet rooms or event spaces according to event orders (tables, linens, place settings, decorations).
  • Greet guests courteously and assist with seating as needed.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely, efficient, and professional manner during plated, buffet, or cocktail-style events.
  • Refill beverages, clear dishes, and reset tables as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after events.
  • Follow instructions from the Banquet Captain or Event Manager regarding event flow and service expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service.
  • Set up and break down banquet and catering equipment (chafing dishes, beverage stations, etc.).
  • Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

  • Previous banquet, catering, or restaurant server experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
