Their duties include setting up tables, serving meals and beverages, clearing dishes, and maintaining a clean event space throughout the celebration. They often work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service, respond to guests' needs, and ensure the event runs smoothly. What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a banquet wedding server, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Banquet Wedding Server, you need strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and experience in food and beverage service, often supported by a food handler’s permit. Familiarity with POS systems, tray-carrying techniques, and standard banquet or catering procedures is typically required.
