Job Title: Project Manager (Banking Domain)
Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary liaison between transition management office and key client-facing teams, delivery organizations, and functional support leads.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationship with senior client stakeholders and internal executives.
Drive consistent stakeholder communication, ensuing transparency and alignment across transition services.
Transition Program Support and Advisory
Serve as a strategic advisor to project leads, offering support in planning, risk management, and best practices.
Coach and advise project leads throughout the transition process to ensure business continuity and seamless transitions.
Coordinate with transition managers to ensure consistent execution and compliance with processes.
Strategic and Executive Communications
Demonstrated ability to distill complex project details and updates into clear, concise, and accurate updates highlighting the critical details for executive summaries, reports, or updates.
Experience reading and preparing materials to meet senior stakeholders' information needs (e.g. KPI impacts, timelines, risks, ROI) and contribute to enabling data-driven decisions.
An ability to generate compelling stories (e.g. progress updates, next steps, addressing challenges) through structured content development.
Advanced proficiency in leveraging Microsoft Office products to generate collateral with effective visual elements and accurate output for routine reports, meetings, and executive leader engagements.
Governance and Portfolio Oversight
Facilitate and support governance forums, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews.
Monitor and report transition health across the portfolio and proactively escalate concerns (e.g. risks, issues, challenges).
Demonstrate the ability to identify and communicate roadblocks, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
Reporting and Analytics
Ensure data integrity in dashboards, reports, and tools.
Monitor KPIs, milestones, and success metrics across transitions.
Provide consolidated portfolio-level reporting to leadership and executive sponsors.
Publish and maintain reporting dashboards to pull updates as needed for internal reviews and status updates.
Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the evolution of standards, templates, and tools.
Identify gaps and areas of improvement in processes, execution, reporting, and engagement.
Capture lessons learned and embed the insights into future activities to enhance service delivery and performance.
