YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Project Manager, you are accountable for delivering complex, high-impact projects and programs. You provide leadership across teams and stakeholders, ensure strategi alignment and drive delivery excellence at scale. You donโ€™t just manage projects; you shape how they are delivered.

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead large and complex cross-functional initiatives with high business impact, act as the primary interface for senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Define and drive project strategy, governance, delivery approach, oversee planning, execution, risk management and financial control
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes
  • Lead and coach project managers and team members, establish robust reporting, KPIs and performance monitoring frameworks
  • Anticipate risks and drive proactive mitigation strategies
  • Ensure successful implementation and transition to operations
YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who are eager to take full ownership, often across multiple projects or programs, and to drive results in highly challenging conditions. Who already have a decent backpack of experiences and want to use this to guide and coach colleagues and also want to expand this to new industries and sectors.

Mustโ€‘haves
  • Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master) and Professional verbal proficiency in Dutch or French and English
  • More than 5 years of proven Project Manager experience with delivery of large, complex projects
  • Strong stakeholder management at senior and executive levels, excellent leadership and decision-making skills
  • Deep expertise in project governance, risk and financial management and this in a Waterfall, Agile and hybrid environment
  • PRINCE2 Foundation, PMI or PMP certification
Niceโ€‘toโ€‘haves
  • Experience in the life science sector is a strong advantage.
