POSITION PURPOSE:
The AVP, Banking Center Manager is responsible for leading the branch team to deliver excellent customer service, grow deposit and loan relationships, and drive sales through both in-branch activity and outside sales calls. This role balances operational and compliance responsibilities with proactive sales and relationship-building efforts in the community.

The salary range for this position is $55-$90K annually. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
