Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

(Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department

Function:

Provide professional and timely support to internal and external customers related to Treasury products including Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Business Mobile Deposit, Business Sweeps, Account Analysis (AA), ACH Origination, Online Banking, and other Treasury products. Act as a liaison between customers and lines of business to assist business customers in increasing efficiencies with cashflow management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the efficient and effective control of the Treasury Management Service and Implementation department through:

    • Promptly responding to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

    • Providing accurate product and operational knowledge and service information to assist customers in understanding and utilizing Treasury services.

    • Facilitates training on all Treasury service products; by testing files and assisting with the creation of compatible data feeds into the online business banking.

    • Troubleshoots and assists with the setup and correction of NACHA files for our business clients.

  • Competent in the setup, quality assurance and function of basic Treasury Management Service and Implementation products to include:

    • Within the XA system account management will need to be performed to ensure accuracy with customer billing and report verification.

    • RDC and Business Mobile Deposit maintenance to assist customers with increased cash flow management as well as depositing checks efficiently into S&T accounts.

    • ACH Origination

    • Online Banking setup and maintenance

    • Explanation of fees for customer utilizations.

  • Effectively communicates with customers via telephone, mail, and e-mail in a professional manner to:

    • Utilize appropriate software to streamline process and improve efficiency

    • Provide support through troubleshooting of technical needs

    • Identify and address customer needs by recommending applicable products and services across various lines of business that may represent a value to the customer.

    • Providing professional written correspondence, in a secure manner, when necessary.

  • Works directly with vendors regarding issues related to outages, errors, and customer issues.

  • Updates and maintains various reports and spreadsheets related to Treasury Management.

  • Assists with the training process for new Treasury Management team members on processes, products, and services.

  • May participate in leadership activities such as book clubs, Employee Resource Groups, BVS or other voluntary bank sponsored program.

  • Demonstrate involvement in activities to give back to the community

  • Maintains a positive attitude and strong, working relationship with all bank employees and adheres to S&T values. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn the organization.

  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

Operates a keypad device: 60% of the day; operates electronic equipment: 20% of the day; operates office equipment: 20% of the day Sitting and walking are required. Routinely lifts 20 lbs., 3 times per day. Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 60% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work. Must be able to lift, move, and/or carry up to 20lbs.
