KG Mowers + Tractors is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated full-time Finance & Sales Coordinator to join our team on-site in Paris, TX. In this role, you will manage consumer loan applications for tractor and lawn mower financing, collaborating with over 10 lenders to secure optimal rates and payment terms for our customers while working closely with our e-sales department.

  • Location: On-site at 623 N. Main Street, Paris, TX 75460
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Saturday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $17/hour plus commissions - 5% of profit from financed deals
Responsibilities
• Process loan applications efficiently for customers seeking equipment financing.
• Communicate with 10+ lenders to negotiate and obtain the best available interest rates and loan structures.
• Partner directly with the e-sales team to align financing terms with sales deals and close transactions.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential customer financial data with extreme care and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized queue of pending and approved applications in a fast-paced environment.
