excellent customer interactions while accurately and efficiently processing teller transactions.

First Bank Texas Tellers process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial interactions while
providing excellent service that results in extreme customer loyalty. Our Tellers use professional interaction, accurate processing, and creative problem-solving skills to ensure our customers only need one bank – First Bank Texas.
Position Summary
Our Tellers have a passion for building relationships, filling customer needs and delivering
excellent customer service. The person in this position is the face of First Bank Texas and uses their creativity, curiosity, and relationship skills to exceed customer expectations.
You will provide great service and accurate processing, while adhering to established Bank
policies, procedures, and objectives. Performs any function, within scope of authority and
expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers. We strive for excellence in conducting needs-based conversations to identify solutions for customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide professional, prompt, and courteous customer service
• Accurately and efficiently process a wide range of teller transactions, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify opportunities to refer and cross-sell bank products and services through needs- based conversations
• Resolves customer inquiries using problem solving skills while adhering to bank
procedures

• Previous teller or cash-handling experience preferred but not required.
