Job description

Position Summary
The Private Banking Associate will enhance the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to the Private Banking Team.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Proactively follow up with clients to maintain a high level of customer services and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate strategic planning initiatives and business development opportunities for the Busey organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments to organize client recognition and prospecting events for Wealth Management.
  • Assist in new prospect research, planning, and event coordination.
  • Perform the duties of the Private Banking Manager in his/her absence.
  • Interact with multiple departments and associates to achieve sales goals and perform at a level to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Education & Experience
Knowledge of:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to:
Multi-task and work independently
Perform duties under frequent time pressures
Education and Training:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or two or more years related experience in the financial services industry with high net-worth clients preferred.
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.
(Base Pay Range: $21 - $26 hourly)
