To thrive in a banking internship, you need a strong grasp of finance principles, analytical skills, and typically be pursuing a relevant degree such as finance, economics, or business. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, financial modeling tools, and banking software is often expected. Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn help you stand out in this role.
