Banking Associates often work alongside branch managers and other banking staff to provide seamless financial services and may also assist in sales and cross-selling of banking products.

Do banking associates need a degree?

Banking associates typically do not require a college degree, but many employers prefer candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent. Relevant skills such as customer service, attention to detail, and familiarity with banking software can be important, and some positions may offer on-the-job training or require certifications like a banking or financial services license.

What challenges do banking associates face during their first year, and how can they overcome them?
