We are currently searching for aย Commercial Banking Associate to join our Popular Association Loan Management team! This position is responsible for providing customers with a high level of service and support to a designated business banking team to ensure customers receive consistent, quality service, their inquiries are responded to, and operational situations are resolved promptly and efficiently.ย 

In this position, you will:
  • Research, investigate and resolve customer discrepancies, complaints and payments.
  • Assist customers in opening new accounts, reconciliation of their accounts, and account transfers, loan draws, and pay-downs.
  • Applies customer payments on the loan system to conform with terms of the loan documents.
  • Act as liaison with various units responsible for providing service to the commercial customer including but not limited to the processing of loans, payments, financial analysis, statements, etc.
  • Pro-actively seek information from clients and prospective clients to understand possible changing situations, needs and desired benefits, communicate information to relationship officer.
  • Ensure respective databases are accurate and up to date for customer information.
  • Compile data and generate management reports as needed.

  • High school diploma or equivalent, combined with two years of customer service background.
