Who you are:
As a Regional Security Manager I, you help keep us safe. You will assist the Statewide Security Manager in implementing Frost Seurity policies and procedures across the region. You will help bring value to the organization by developing, reviewing, and ensuring that security controls are in place and functioning properly. You have a servant leadership mindset and passion for people and are not afraid to answer questions and provide guidance to staff, escalating issues as needed. You welcome a challenge and strive to contentiously improve processes with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you'll do:
  • Assist the Statewide Security Manager in implementing Frost Security policies and procedures across regional facilities while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations/laws
  • Ensure the effective installation, testing, operation, and maintenance of all electronic security systems and incident documentation programs
  • Oversee security operations for up to 24 branches and provide guidance to allied staff, ensuring adherence to security policies and procedures
  • Serve as the primary decision-maker during crises, independently assessing situations, making critical decisions, and escalating issues as necessary
  • Coordinate and communicate with financial center management, facilities personnel, and regional senior management concerning security issues
  • Conduct security reviews on all facilities, financial centers, ATMs, and night depositories based on various risk assessment factors
  • Respond to and investigate physical security incidents, preparing detailed documentation and reports in a timely manner
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize issues, and solve problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field
  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) certifications.
  • Experience working with contract security personnel and law enforcement
