Seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support technology delivery initiatives within a consumer operations technology environment. This role is responsible for facilitating Agile delivery, driving execution discipline, managing delivery risk, coordinating release readiness, and ensuring alignment with SDLC, governance, security, and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will serve as a servant leader and change agent while fostering accountability, trust, and outcome-driven execution across Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities


  • Facilitate the Scrum process across cross-functional teams supporting moderately complex projects, non-project work, and maintenance initiatives.
  • Guide Scrum teams in following Agile and Scrum practices to promote prioritization, team readiness, and Sprint commitment.
  • Optimize team velocity and identify opportunities to improve overall team performance.
  • Deliver capabilities using Agile practices while adhering to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), business process mapping, and release processes.
  • Partner with discipline managers regarding governance policies and adherence to corporate standards.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Program Managers, and Project Managers to communicate delivery progress and escalate risks and impediments.
  • Own delivery readiness and execution discipline by ensuring backlog items entering sprints are prioritized, refined, dependency-cleared, and technically viable.
  • Lead sprint, release, and near-term planning using capacity, historical performance, and risk indicators to establish delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate end-to-end release readiness and execution, including testing, validation, approvals, and deployment activities.
  • Track and analyze delivery metrics including velocity stability, predictability, churn, and cycle time.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and impediments while maintaining transparency and escalating issues early.
  • Ensure alignment with SDLC, risk, security, and governance requirements.
  • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align scope, priorities, sequencing, and delivery timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve flow efficiency, delivery practices, and release processes.
  • Provide release support coverage, including participation in planned release activities and limited on-call support as needed.
  • Serve as a servant leader and change agent promoting accountability, trust, and delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications


  • 4+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, including backlog management, dashboards, delivery metrics, and reporting.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting end-to-end delivery, including planning, execution, release coordination, and post-release validation.
