These loans are designed to help small businesses access financing that might be otherwise difficult to obtain. SBA loans typically offer lower down payments, longer repayment terms, and competitive interest rates compared to conventional business loans. The most common types include the SBA 7(a) and the 504 loan programs, which can be used for purposes such as working capital, equipment purchases, or real estate acquisition.
