Leads an integrated, high-performing sales organization that drives new business acquisition, deepens client relationships, and maximizes productivity across the Premier segment.

Partners across lines of business to ensure coordinated delivery of comprehensive banking solutions, aligning enterprise strategy with local market needs. Acts as the senior market voice, providing actionable insights to shape product, process, and distribution strategies. Champions a strong performance culture, balancing growth with disciplined risk management while reinforcing the Bank's position as a leading local provider and employer of choice.

Key Accountabilities:

Client Experience & Market Presence

  • Deliver a differentiated Premier client experience that drives satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through a client first leadership mindset

  • Amplify and enforce segment norms to an exceptional level of consistency

  • Build strong market presence through community engagement and senior-level relationship management.

Sales Execution & Performance

  • Establish clear sales priorities, optimize resource allocation, and ensure consistent execution across markets.

  • Drive new business acquisition and deepen share of wallet across lending, deposits, and investment solutions.

  • Ensure a holistic approach to client interactions, opening doors to solutions across the entire enterprise, not just Premier Client Services.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, diverse sales organization.

  • Drive a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous development, including leadership succession planning.

Qualifications:

  • University degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred

  • 10+ years of financial services leadership experience, including senior roles in retail banking, wealth, or Premier segments

  • Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed sales organizations

  • Deep expertise in sales management across lending, deposits, and client acquisition strategies

  • Strong understanding of credit, risk management, and regulatory requirements, including AML

  • Extensive knowledge of U.S. banking market dynamics, competitive landscape, and client segments

  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver sustained financial performance

  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities

  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proven ability to lead change, drive innovation, and influence across matrixed organizations

Please note the base salary range for this position is $215k USD - $300k USD

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
