About the role

As a Digital PR Lead
you will take the lead on all Digital PR workstreams for a key client within the business, owning strategy, delivery and team leadership across the Digital PR offering

Your role will be crucial in leading the Digital PR proposition for the US market - building out regionally relevant processes, taking the lead on Digital PR strategies across a number of workstreams, executing Digital PR activity while managing a team of specialists, and consulting closely with the account team to elevate and develop account direction from a Digital PR perspective

What you'll do

  • Lead on all Digital PR conversations for a key luxury client in the business across the US market, including participating in upsell opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of Greenpark's Digital PR service offering in the US region, expanding and evolving the proposition for your key account
  • Develop and maintain strong personal relationships with key publishers (journalists, bloggers and PRs), entailing identification of key publications through social media/link analysis, use of journalist databases, real engagement with online communities and attending industry events, and relationship building through exclusive content & opportunities, events & seminars
  • Take the lead on Digital PR strategy for the US market including campaign-level ideation, collaborating with other specialist teams as required to strengthen campaigns, briefing of internal teams to create assets, crafting press releases and pitches, and carrying out media relations work in line with account KPIs
  • Manage a team of Digital PR specialists (including freelance resource) across projects, providing guidance, mentorship and leadership on strategy and campaign delivery
  • Review and sign off on monthly Digital PR reporting, ensuring performance tracking is accurate and insights are client-ready
  • Establish and maintain the processes and templates that underpin the Digital PR offering, ensuring consistency of quality and results across the team
  • Consult with the SEO Tech team on technical linkbuilding, on-page and off-page SEO considerations, AEO optimisation and employing AI-optimised Digital PR strategies in line with direction from wider account team
  • Act as point of contact from a Digital PR perspective for a key client in the US market, contributing to presentations and executing client communications as required to the highest standard and in line with direction from account team
  • Work alongside the account team to develop and elevate strategic direction for the account across all workstreams from a Digital PR perspective
  • Work closely with Head of Digital PR to maintain and develop Digital PR service line within the business


About you

  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing, developing and mentoring a team of Digital PR specialists and freelancers
  • Deep working knowledge of Digital PR strategy, including on-page and off-page SEO, creative ideation, content campaign creation, press release writing, media list development and outreach execution
  • Confident and comfortable in client-facing situations, with experience leading conversations, pitching to new clients and upselling services to existing ones
  • Experience building the processes, templates and performance tracking/reporting needed to ensure consistent quality and results at scale
  • Experience working across US market, with an understanding of the media landscape and relevant journalist/publisher contacts
