Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
  • Build relationships with bankers and existing clients to drive new logos 
  • Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
  • Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
  • Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners
  • Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals

  • Early-career sales professionals with 1-5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications
  • H.S. Diploma - Required
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $55,000 - $95,000. This range includes both base pay plus commissions/bonus but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
