Job description

Full Time Relationship Banker 40 hours per week includes every other Saturday Pay range: $17.86 - $23.81 hourly The Relationship Banker position provides level of service excellence as well as builds relationships with customers through sales and cross-sales. Provides expertise with respect to more complex Bank services and demonstrate an in-depth level of product and service knowledge. Provides supervision and guidance to staff and takes complete ownership of all of customers' needs

Opens and closes the branch. Contributes to the achievement of corporate and individual goals by recognizing cross-sell opportunities to actively promote the Bank's products and services. Provide exceptional customer service while promptly and efficiently processing customer transaction.

Promotes positive public relations by providing professional and pleasant greetings in accordance with retail procedures and performance standards. Opens new accounts and educates customers on alternative channels for cross-selling opportunities for additional bank products and services. Manages safe deposit box area in accordance with bank standards by retrieving boxes for customers, maintains files, and assists customers in and out of safe deposit area.

Inputs and maintains accurate customer information on the core data processing system. Balances daily work in accordance with established standards. Assures that appropriate documents are received, complete and properly filed in compliance with bank policies and procedures by securing adherence to all audit requirements.

Accurately process a variety of customer banking transactions which include: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing checks, and answering questions. Reconcile cash drawer. Complies with bank operations and security procedures.Customer service, cash handling, attention to detail, and good verbal communication skills are necessary

The position requires a minimum of a high school education and two years of Retail banking experience. Previous banking and supervisory experience preferred. However, we are willing to train the right candidate with great attitude.
