Role Summary

As a Senior Retail Banker - Rogers, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for consumer and business customers, helping align financial needs with appropriate bank products and services. This role supports branch performance through consistent service quality and sound operational judgment.

NOTE: this role is based in Rogers but will be a "floater" role that will travel to different Northwest Arkansas branches as business needs dictate.

When the Branch Manager is out, you’ll provide operational continuity—keeping the branch organized, responsive, and aligned with established standards through the close of business.

What Are The Requirements?

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS – candidates must have these to be considered for this role:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 5 or more years of customer service.
  • 3 or more years of retail banking experience.
  • Ability to perform the essential physical and mental demands listed.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to bank locations if necessary
