First Western Bank is currently seeking a Branch Manager for our Bentonville Location. Individuals applying for this position should have familiarity with the Benton County Market and be able to procure new business regularly. Branch Managers must be able to motivate and develop team members to meet sales initiatives and retain current customers. This position will also oversee that branch operations are being executed within compliance guidelines as well as support branch staff in the daily workflow. Qualified candidates must have previous banking experience at a supervisor or manager level.

First Western is a local community bank that has been serving Western Arkansas since 1910 and Northwest Arkansas since 1991. We specialize in customer service and serving our communities. We are a full-service financial company offering traditional banking, mortgage, insurance, and investment services.
