About This Job

Axos Bank is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver strategic business banking initiatives across multiple programs, including-but not limited to-treasury management and program implementation. This role is intentionally broad and will manage a portfolio of high-impact initiatives spanning deposits, payments, digital capabilities, onboarding, risk enablement, and operating model improvements.
While the role will work across several business banking priorities, a strong background in treasury management is essential, as the Program Manager will play a central role in implementing and scaling the treasury management program within the Business Banking unit.
The ideal candidate brings strong program management discipline with hands-on knowledge of treasury products, banking operations, and cross-functional delivery, and is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of business banking and treasury management programs, from ideation through launch and post-implementation optimization

  • Build and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and executive-level reporting

  • Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing

  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting regulatory, compliance and risk requirements

  • Lead implementation and enhancement of treasury management products for the Business Banking group including ACH, Wires, RDC, Bill Pay, Fraud Controls, and Entitlements

  • Partner with Product and Operations to define business requirements, workflows, SLAs, and success metrics

  • Coordinate vendor implementations and integrations (payments processors, core banking, digital platforms, fraud tools)

  • Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and scale treasury onboarding, servicing, and operational processes

  • Develop playbooks, SOPs, and repeatable frameworks to support future program launches

  • Track KPIs such as adoption, activation, revenue contribution, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or implementation within banking or fintech

  • Demonstrated experience with treasury management products and services in a business banking environment

  • Strong understanding of payments, cash management, entitlements, and fraud controls

  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional, multi-workstream programs

  • Experience working with banking cores, payment processors, and third-party vendors

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations

  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Experience supporting small to medium-sized businesses and/or businesses with complex banking needs
